Leadership & Organizational Experience


J. Clint Anderson, Ph.D.J. Clint Anderson, Ph.D. is the founder and president of the J. Clint Anderson Company. He has over 10 years of broad-based experience, including training in the areas of management, leadership, and teamwork, as well as consulting in the areas of strategic planning, organizational culture and organizational change. In addition, Clint has extensive experience in group dynamics, team interventions, coaching, and mentoring that supports individual and group performance improvement. He specializes in diagnosing systems dynamics in organizations to improve performance. Clint has spent ten years developing the Trimergent Leadership® System which includes Leading Self, Leading Teams, and Leading Organizations. 

 

CathyCathy Endebrock SPHR is a training consultant with the J. Clint Anderson Company. Her background as a human resource professional who has strategically worked opening resorts internationally positions her to understand the complexities of work today. Cathy has built teams and         organizations from the ground up as she identified and developed people in a manner that supported a positive organizational culture. Her experience includes banking, hotel and casino operations, call centers, IT manufacturing and retail. Equipping and aligning individuals and teams to excel by envisioning and achieving both personal and company goals is her passion.
