Life balance is the ability to take responsibility for your self in a way that ensures you fulfill your responsibilities to others.
Participants in Managing & Balancing Your Life will practice a decision making process that ensures effective life management, directing them in when to say "yes" and when to say "no." Participants will also learn how to balance their lives in a manner that ensures a healthy approach to life.
